"Beautiful harmony... I can definitely hear the Bill Evans influence, and that definitely is a compliment.... He took a unique mix of tunes. He has jazz standards, like "All Blues," some old standards which are kind of like jazz standards, like "Nature Boy," but then he picked things that are very unique, Beatles tunes like "Good Day Sunshine," Eric Clapton's "Layla" which you'd never expect a solo pianist to do... He does solos with his left hand, which I have never heard anyone do."
