Dec. 23: Larry McDonough spent the past few months performing with Benny Golson and trumpeter Duane Eubanks and at the Clifford Brown Jazz Festival in Delaware. The local pianist and vocalist is back to play cuts from his CD, "Tuscarora: Short Stories for Jazz Piano," and from his upcoming disc, "Simple Gifts" — along with arrangements of jazz, pop, religious and historical music. The evening benefits Wellstone Action.
